Since friday, no one came to collect parcels. Office number is always busy. Live chat is not helping at all. Repeated reminder to collect nothing was done.
Pls come and collect.

The cons after several weeks' visit;
I wished they installed a barcode scanner as the other J&T outlets nearby or else people may opt for a bit further ones especially during Covid. Contactless services are preferable.
