β β β β β Went to dropoff items. Was told cant dropoff although at banner its stated 'lazada dropoff'. Staff was very rude and not polite. Asked gor manager / supervisor to complain about poor ethique. Number was given with rather rude manner and upon that mumbled "ee. Buat geram je. Menyampah betul". Utterly poor customer ethique from staff. Please improve.
Ps. The staff is the one told me if i am not satisfied then can google review. So here i did my part

β β β β β MBE Cyberjaya is a great place to get all your mailing and postage done. You can opt to have your parcel delivered using various courier companies such as DHL, Pos Laju, Citilink, etc. All in all, great place with friendly staff.

β β β β β No Lazada drop off available, MBE could at least have the courtesy to edit the information provided at Maps. Replying to a customer by saying "its someone else's fault" is unprofessional. Tq

β β β β β Poor service, dropped off one parcel but staff doesn't bother to scan in, gave lame excuses when questioned, End up courier company thought no parcel and didn't arrange for pickup.

β β β β β I drop off Shopee parcel at 3pm but staff did not scan past 6pm. Earlier they told me βsystem reopensβ at 6pm. Ok, come 6.25pm, parcel was still not scanned. I called to enquire. The response was βyou kena bersabarβ. Then 8pm comes, outlet closed already. I checked and parcel was still not scanned. Messaged their FB page privately to complain. Someone, probably the boss read the message but did not respond. Previously there was a problem with my shopee parcel and they couldnβt scan, instead of calling to inform, they kept my parcel quietly for 2 days until I went there to ask. No apologies. They close at 7.30 but come 7pm, they already start closing the βdoorβ halfway that you cannot enter.

β β β β β For shopee sellers don't bother to drop off your parcels here. Go to dpluze, the courier company there is fast n efficient. They will scan your parcels very quick.
