โ โ โ โ โ My already arrive at tanah rata. However even item out for delivery it does not arrived at me. 3 times failed attempt to delivered and the 4th time it finally delivered to me. Second item after that, the 3rd time attempt for delivery it finally delivered to me. The item that can delivered that day happen to be 4 days.

โ โ โ โ โ Didn't had a good service experience with sending pos with this company. Walked in to pos something, expected a receipt, waiting but was given an answer in a bad mood tone that line is down and expect customer to go back collect receipt.(there shld be a manual way right?)
Hopefully u guys can improve. I m using poslaju all the while, but this once is enough for me. Change back to poslaju in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ So many times no answer the call. 2 times parcel failed to deliver. If driver got problem to delivery please call customer. Customer will answer & give guide and how to pass that a parcel. Please call first before you go. That why in AWB have receiver name, address & phone number. It use when driver can't reach the customer's. Customer is waiting the parcel. Suddenly, see tracking (item failed deliver again). Take noted this.

Yes I know about the flood so I post my parcel early
And also label the parcel is urgent and try to ship out the next day ASAP
But look at this branch what they did, never read instruction, pick up the parcel for delivery and unable to delivered, if they canโt make the parcel delivered, why pick up the parcel and wasted the chance for self collect?
