โ โ โ โ โ The best J&T reps in Kinta Valley. I've been to almost all J&T's DP & CP and nothing compares with J&T Batu Gajah with the services efficiency of the 2 girls there was excellent. Treat customers with smiles, passion in their works and makes me confident that my parcels will be safely dispatch out on time. That's the reason I always come back to use their service. Kudos to all of the team there.

Now this JnT branch dispatchers always fake scanning. Don't want to deliver on the same day, so they just scan the parcels as out for delivery, then after that scan again, showing I received the parcel but actually not. How is it possible to deliver after 10 minutes going out? See the photo as proof.

Best logistics in Batu Gajah and surrounded area. They have several points such as PRK309, PRK 608 etc.
I used PosMalaysia, J&T, DHL, ninjavan, GDEX and ABX. Among them all, J&T is the best and don't consider PosLaju, the logistic performance is disappointing.
For J&T, the items can arrive within 24 hours since the seller sent the items. J&T BG only late when it's raining, which also occured very few time.
I bought many things on 7.7, 8.8, 9.9, J&T still manage to handle it because it has so many items.

โ โ โ โ โ Used to be the fastest courier in Batu Gajah but i think not anymore. They hold my parcel for 3 days and no sign to deliver it yet. Called the office 2 times and nobody picked up. Gave up already?
