This place has been keeping and not processing my item since few days ago it is not been any helpful situation where it is transferred and I can receive my goods . I request jnt to seriously check the management of jnt gopeng because there has been several issues that have been happening to other people too .PLS PROCESS PEOPLE'S THINGS FASTER LIKE OTHER JNT. THE worst place ever of jnt courier.and management are not even responsive

โ โ โ โ โ Item has been stuck in that place for 2 days even more at this point. Tried contacting them through phone/live chat/even canning j&t HQ all to no avail as they have not even answered to us once!
I also have had past experiences of my package arriving to my home via J&T and all damage as well.
This company is a disgrace and has a bad reputation for giving the worst customer service ever! If you can whom ever is reading this, avoid using this service and avoid getting fought at this branch as well because they now have a reputation in holdings peoples items and nots responding like a kidnapper!!!!
