β β β β β Bad service, im go to take my parcel around 4.45pm as per them riderr already pick it up in the morning to deliver but untill now 7.15pm I didnβt receive my item, the lady there also rude talk without proper intonation n language, never smile at all n doing her works like hell.try to call hotline number and itβs not working, i keep calling the mobile number that appear in the google 3 to 4 time and every time he pick up my call he said heβs not there so whatβs the point put his number there? Can anyone relate? This is realy bad quality of service, im working in service line n this is not our service type. My item is important really bad service
