โ โ โ โ โ Probably the worst J&T Branch in Malaysia. The only impressive feat they've accomplished is how consistent they are in being unreliable and slow. Every time a package of mine that needs to go through this branch, you can be sure that it will be delivered in 4-5 days instead of the usual 1-2 days.

โ โ โ โ โ All the parcel that needs to transit in this LDC Gopeng branch will surely stuck for a couple of days before receiving the parcel. Don't know what's wrong with it. Can the HQ management improve this branch's service and facility?

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service my parcel is on hold since a week i just donโt understand how you people are working ??? While other branch does a good service and fast delivery. Whenever my parcel receives here it takes nearly 2 weeks to get delivered!! ? I ordered this for my maternity use i think i would get delivered to my baby before i receive this item!!! Better improve your service or just please close this branch!!

โ โ โ โ โ I'm go there today 3-5-22 to pick up my item at the factory on 1600 n the factory closing.as i know j&t didn't close even public holiday but now there are close.mean the j&t not working for 365 days.is less than 365 days.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst J&T branch ever..... Like to hold parcel for a ridiculous reason of bad weather. Lazy and arrogant management and workers. A courier service doesn't delivered. HQ also is a failure for not taking action on this tumor, can the HQ please come here to see all the reviews and do something.

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel has delayed for one week. From 8th of Mac until today 16th of Mac, my parcel haven't been delivered. It does not move and from 12th of Mac my parcel does not have any update. Could you pls reply me and send the parcel to me ASAP!!!! I'm very disappointed!!
