Newly opened J&T outlet nearby the taman. Very convenient and both Aidil & Astina were very supportive and polite in their services. Very happy with their services.

Dear CS, as a cust we understand you handling lots of parcel a day, but this is not a token for you gives us bad service. Visited here for frequent times and everytime I’m in i saw this bad situation. Talk too much for things not important, and need to wait long. CS No2, please also put some respect to us, dont come work in your badmood. To be honest, if i got choice, will not come here to drop my parcel not because of the company but juat because your staff. Kesian boss bayar gaji staff, tapi staff layan customer macam ni. Take it this as an advice for your better improvement in future. Do something or else you will receive more complaints later on. Selamat maju jaya! TQ
