★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my parcel still stucked at this courier service for more than 3+ days. It says "departed from PJS Gateway" (not sure correct location or not which is I brought item from Shopee). My items should be reached to Penang within 2 days (or 48 hours) from departed but still hasn't arrived yet. Not sure my items is still on-hold at PJS Gateway or already arrived to Bayan Lepas PEN301 but hasn't updated anything yet in the system.
I have experience online shopping in Kelantan before and doesn't have any issues yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was stuck since 7/3/22 until today 15/3/22. What happened? We pay for your service, so please be responsible and do something about it. Delay for more than 3 days is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.
