★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On-line appointment is required before they allow you in. The business work flow is efficient & fast, compared those days before MCO which made you spent hours for insurance renewal. Very friendly & helpful staff especially Mr Selvam the Customer Services Officer who fully assisted me with the on-line appointment booking. Very courteous & considerate person in allowing me to renew my insurance in adv. (appointment date is usually at least 3 days later) in view of my urgency.
Bravo Etiqa, for having a great staff like Mr Selvam.?
