Definitely recommend this branch to others.
Parking is free if it is within the first 15 minutes if not mistaken. ?

β β β β β One of the best MBE outlet I've visited before which surprises me. The staffs and especially the lady manager are very friendly and helpful. More importantly, they're very knowledgeable about the shipping details, restrictions and laws. Came here few times already and the services are consistently good. One time I have a big international shipment and the staff went to my factory to wrap and check the shipment before handling to delivery company. Highly recommended.

β β β β β If you're closed kindly update your website. Travelled all the way from Perak to self collect my parcel due to family vacation and your store is closed. Now I have to come back again from Perak on 5th to collect back again. Arrghhh!

β β β β β The lady at the counter was very friendly and very nice. She was very helpful and informative too. I had a whole lot of things to send overseas, mainly food. She told me exactly what i could and could not send. She packed everything nicely and was very quick. She even informed me when the package arrived in the place it was to be sent to. Good service. Will definitely go there again.
