★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very friendly staff & now you dont need to queue for a long time. Just go through their facebook to settle down the consignment before coming here. Once you done with it just walk in and delivered your parcel to them.

The only thing you should keep in mind is that for Shopee parcel drop off, their cut-off time is 4PM. So if you send them later than that, the parcels will be scanned the next day (need to keep this in mind in case you're parcel fulfilment is already late ya).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there a few times and had a good experience , however, today was the first time I had to deal with the staff named Wani. I was told to pick up my parcel at J&T Sri Serdang due to unsuccessful delivery attempt (The parcel was held there for 4 days). When I came there, she said the parcel has been sent out then suddenly said they sent the parcel back to Shah Alam because it wasnt being collected for 4-5 days (in fact the delivery attempt was only made the day before). I asked her why the rider told me to pick up here, she shrugged her shoulder and rolled her eyes. Very rude communication way, not assisting, lack of manner.
