★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to self pick up at JnT Sungai Petani branch (beside Hong Leong bank)today. I went there to obtain my parcel information so I gave my tracking number to one of the Indian lady staff. Once I got the dispatcher number I tried to call but JnT gave me wrong number. I was frustrated then few hours later I went again to the same branch to double confirm my parcel. Again I was assisted by the same Indian staff. I asked her for solution since they gave me wrong number but she did not help me with my question. The other staff named Sham told me to check with JnT Riverfront Sungai Petani. I asked him to check with JnT there so that I dont have to waste my time but my request was ignored by him. I was upset and Ieave the JnT. When I reached JnT Riverfront I tried my luck to call the dispatcher and turns out the number given was the dispatcher father’s number. Then I asked him to give his son’s number. Finally I picked my parcel with I told the dispatcher to update JnT System next time then I left. Overall I can say I’m really piss at JnT Sungai Petani branch as they should be more helpful in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a cloth yesterday from Shopee and it has already arrived safely today in a very good condition. The worker even called me three times before messaging me, to inform me that he put the package in front of my house. I feel very sorry that I didn't realized he called me and not to mention, he even messaged to inform me the whereabouts of the package. I sincerely thank you for all of the efforts and extra time that you have contributed.

If you are sending parcel,dont be suprised you product will arrive to the customer in the next following day.
