Finally the staff picked up my call, if my shipment will be successfully delivered on 5/10/2018 at the time given, then the service is good....
I received my shipment as the time promised, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My colleague parcel just arrived 10 mins ago in our office. The delivery man has an extremely bad attitude. The moment he arrived he keep yelling and shouting. To make it worst, that Indian worker shouts out the vulgar word "lanjiao (bad word in hokkien)". I think the entire floor can hear it.
This is behavior is just simply unacceptable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I just rate 0 star? Nationwide SP don't deserve any star. Poor service, not answering calls..seem nobody working there. Better shut SP branch down. Not sure when I can receive my parcel.. maybe one week.. one mth later? :(
