โ โ โ โ โ They dont even deserve 1 start to be honest. The staff is rude and parcels are stuck with them for more than a week. When called, no one picked up. After a long battle, we managed to get a phone number of one of the admins there. The attitude of this customer service is at its worst. They cut off our call before the issue was resolved.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst courier in the history of mankind. Might as well close shop. Oh, and staff don't wear their masks properly in the midst of a pandemic.
Their live chat and phone hotline are both for show. No one will respond and calls will just be dropped.

โ โ โ โ โ Hello can you send our parcels???? Stuck in your courier for 3 weeks!!! Shopee reject my return and refund cuz jnt keep updating FAKE status ? No provide service on weekends even though their jnt slogan is work for 365days ? customer service is very rude. Say NO to jnt anymore

โ โ โ โ โ Parcel stuck at J&T for 5 days, website cited bad weather so unable to deliver. Don't know what country the branch is in because I'm situated 5km away with perfectly fine weather.
Went to branch to self collect but the office was disorganised and everyone was extremely unhelpful. In the end, can't even self collect because the parcels are all a mess and they don't know where anything is.
Cherry on top of the cake? Staff not wearing masks during a raging pandemic.

โ โ โ โ โ what they are doing with our parcel???? we use courier service to make it fast not delay on items, please lah dont do this to your customer . i need the item urgent as that is my mom mediciance ..... J& T pls closed your blady shop . Shoope and Lazada pls stop using J&T can ha..... customer paid not freelah. how long to wait ..... stupied....

โ โ โ โ โ Worst branch ever. Always gives problem. Teribble courier sevice. Lousy customer service. Now i lost my parcel and they dont bother at all to assist. Just asked to wait for them to investigate. Tracking showed delivered but no proof. don't tell me u guys hired theives in your company???
