β β β β β item arrived at sp branch since 9 days ago and they still didnt delivery the item until now.. the office number never able to go through and always go to mailbox..very bad service!! if really can do your job properly please dont take more than you can support!! we paid for services not for free!!!!!!! you deserve no star at all!!!

β β β β β I've waited for my parcel for 6 days but still don't receive yet. Call tak angkat. No pun rasa no lama. Why this branch slow compared to others? Before this guna jnt elok je within 2 days dah dapat parcel. Please, how to contact this branch? I need to know why you guys hold my parcel. Is it because of pkpd? Almost 1 week delayed.

β β β β β I had order from the shoopee. In the status in the shoopee , the parcel has been sent along with the proof of delivery but the parcel are still not available. So the point is where is the parcel? Why the courier not responsible to the parcel and make sure parcel had arrive on the right hand. Please make sure be honest on the delivery. Because this parcel is very important to me and when it come to this problem.. It really make we as a customer disapointed with the services . Please improve your delivery.

β β β β β Courier service mean after courier a item should deliver in 24hours. But here the seller post the item very quickly in 1hour I ordered. But j & T hold my item for 2days.. I very funny thing is... The item out for delivery morning 10am. But delivered next day morning 10am. My other parcel out for delivery for 2days but still not delivered... Very very very 10000 times very bad and very slow like turtle service. If turtle work in J&t as courier boy... By the time the turtle an delivered... But here very bad service... Actuly other courier service very much better then J&t...

β β β β β i order helmet from shoppee. seller hantar using j&t express but then it stays with the ' parcel is in transit from j&t LDC 602 to the next location ' like what bro ?? i just want my item. and now i'm scared if my barang kena curi.
