★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time send my parcel to customer at j&t pandan perdana ,I’m really disappointed!! 20/8/21 Saturday morning I’m in the j&t counter paid by cash to send a parcel to Johor and I give my phone to let them follow the address key in also can key in wrongly, when I check by today, they told me postcode key in wrong!!!! Now I have to wait my parcel send back to the branch n resend again!! What a dreaming service, please improve your staff be more professional and responsible in the future!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is published that the closing time will be at 7pm and opens from Monday to Sunday but however upon reaching at about 6.45pm, it’s closed. WhatsApped the number but the person could not be bothered. Nevermind about that. I reconfirm if they are open on Sunday as published but only to be replied with just one word “Isnin”.
