★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did sent my parcel on 13/7 until now still no deliver, as i understand some of the citilink worker affected by Cov 19 and instructed to close down but im not sure this is real or not? If this can you please notify your customer? No body know what happend behind called many times customer service no pick up call or direct cut off which very un responsible.

Their contact Number is useless, no one answer call ever.
Not even deserve a single star rating, just close your business if you cant commit to your service

Customer service buat apa? My parcel since 3rd June 2022 stucked at Shamelin Perkasa.
3 x sent emails and numerous phone calls UNANSWERED!!!
