★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past two weeks I have bought around 40 items with different sellers. DHL e-commerce is consistently the slowest courier company in Malaysia! Please keep up your service with the rest! Your logistic department needed to be revamped!
2 weeks later, 2 of my parcels delivered by DHL e-commerce was a completely different experience! I received both parcels within 3 days which is very very surprised. Thank you for hearing us! Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse scenario ever.. Made a mistake in address in shoppee... Called and make a change of the address on 13/4/2022, but no movement until 20/4, made a call multiple times in btween..on 22/4 Suddenly turns out the parcel still delivered to old delivery address... Very poor service, dont use DHL everyone.. J&T much better.. Can settle delivery address change in just 2 days, by 5th day already got the parcel...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest delivery service you can get in Malaysia compared to all other courier services. Choose others if you can if you want ur parcel to arrive faster. After my parcel was picked up by courier at kepong, it takes more than 24 hours and it still haven reach any sorting centre or depot. The lorry drive around for 24 hours?

The seller have posted 1 week before Hari Raya on 25th April and until today 9th May 2022 I still haven’t received my package. It’s only from PJ to KL. On 5/5/22 arrived in DHL Cheras hub n not moving since then. 5920129656477822
I understand it was Hari Raya holiday, but 2 weeks is to much !!! Better close the company

Wondering how DHL eCommerce is still operating and don’t even bother sending them an email - you’d be wasting your time. The management from top to bottom is driving the entire company to the ground. WHAT A JOKE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service in malaysia. Please stay away. I have been waiting for a week for my parcel to be delivered, from Bukit Bintang to Bangsar and still waiting. I also ordered item from China on the same day which arrived within 4 days.
Dont bother to go live chat, you will be kept waiting, for no live chat.
I tried to call, the stupid call assistant being very defensive insisting only receiving the package yesterday. as if she forgot we also can view the tracking details.
Dont bother to email, because DHL will ask their intern to reply informing your package location and close off the comm. As we cant view the package in online tracking.
What we want to know is that why DHL is sitting on our package for weeks!!! we already knew you love to sit on ours, but we dont know why
