★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Screening counter officer is not being helpful and guiding properly.we wasted our time by sitting simply.i hope they should be more attentive towards the customers and their needs.nevertheless all other officers in the counters are good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goverment still the same even the leader change. Never answer the phone. Service like rubbish, treat us like baggers. There should understand, we coming there sending an income to the country, paying your salary. Looking towards goverment section changes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here every year. One consistent thing that had never change from day 1 was poor service. The officers are never ever helpful. Keep people waiting for more than two hours. When reach out to ask at the counter, only give cold look.
Very disappointed and hate to come here if not necessary.
Please be respectful, treat other equally and kind to mankind. We are the same - human. I am not a beggar for getting the permit. I have been paying tax every year and not legally staying here.

Immigration Office - check your phone. Orang susah2 call dah 4 hari, tapi tak jawab ? What kind of service is this ?
How you want to help people if can't even answer our calls ?
It's very very bad. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to inquire about home quarantine for my wife. I got thru almost immediately. The officer was helpful and when she was not sure, she checked with her colleagues/supervisor and gave me an answer. She gave the immigration view point & for further clarification directed me to KKM. Very pleasant & excellent customer service.
