★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can park inside the compound, just drive to end and you will see the parking compound. I arrived at 7.20am, maybe Raya just passed, no other people, we're the first. There's one counter outside the Immigration Department, you should take queue number there first. Person in charge will help you prepare before you enter. I am first time doing passport, and no need to fill in any form, just take the number. They will process your application first, take pic. Then, wait to be called and pay the fee. Can pay by cash or credit card. Then, put the receipt at Collection Department to notify them. Ready to collect in less than one hour actually. Just neef to bring IC only. Photo not required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worker who served customer was so rude.I'm rushing in time and want to take my passport which I had paid at 3o'clock. I just stand at the counter and wait for the worker to call my name, then another worker came and said:" why are u standing here?" I explained to her I was rushing in time, then she replied:"so many people here are waiting for their passport, u standing here for what? Just go to sit lah. She is the only one who work here, u have to understand." I was just standing at there,never said anything but the worker was really so rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Jabatan Imigresen Malacca on Monday 10th May. After getting a special pass from Putrajaya imigresen on 21st April. I came to ask an extension special pass for 1 month because the timing to leave the country was too short. Not ready. But it was my worst experience here. I have travelled since a long time and i have never been treated in this way in an immigration office. The chief (a Indian Malaysian woman) was very rude, treated me like a thief or a scammer. So disrespectful! Of course she rejected my asking of extension. The new policy of this government: do leave all the foreigners stranded since last year. Before i used to come and go to Malaysia regularly every year since 2010, spent money, do work the local economy and spreaded good advertising on the country. At this time my feeling has changed. It's pity for the people to be represented by some bad public servants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very systematic with a need to register online for appointment. Choose the later timings, less people. Friendly officers at selected counters, nonetheless very slow service as 3 passports took 1.5 hours to be ready and there wasn’t even anyone before us for the 11am appointment.
