They team came on time, fixed the bed frame neat and tidy. We pre ordered the Stella solid wood bed frame and it was a worthy purchase. Waited approx 3 weeks but no issues. Stella was a good buy!

This is a premium furniture shop but their price range seems to be on a more affordable level within the premium range. The showroom is spacious and staff is friendly and there are plenty of parking right in front of the shop. Recommend to come here to look for quality furniture.

A great store with extensive inventory of high quality furniture. Friendly staff and outstanding after sales service. I recently had an experience with the warranty claim and the customer service were fantastic in handling everything. I highly recommend this store and their highly responsive staff.

Ordered and arrived extremely quickly - super fast and efficient service. As for the armchair itself, let’s just say my butt is glued to it now. Looks good and feels even better.

I asked for a refund to proceed buying another furniture, due to the measurement does not suited the house. The customer service is not friendly to customer's request. Never wanted to refund. It was less than 8 hours that I made a purchase and I inform them straight away for their kind assistance. However their services is really bad for any customised request for customer. No next purchase. Do think twice before buying from this shop. The price for furniture is not cheap yet the service sucks.
