★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the office number multiple times and no one picked up. Hence, I went all the way to the office only to find out in disappointment that it's closed. Next time, please put up your notices online and don't put phone numbers that no one is manning. It was a really frustrating experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call them up,walk in everyone really takes time to listen and understand.really great support and assistance.ample parking, good food, and many more businesses surrounding.easy access with public transport as well.best to go early or call to get information if you need sound information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service counter staff is very helpful and interactive enough. She treat me in decent manner and explain to me clearly. The location is easy to access just find the old Grand Season Hotel then the office located at Level 9. The waiting time is average but it depend on the crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service for OKU application is fast and done in 15 mins.
The hotel Grand Seasons is closed down, and there are no more maintenance of the toilets.
If you are driving, you can park near Fairfield hotel, behind Grand Seasons, or at the open parking lot just before the hotel at RM5/entry, it's better than getting summons.
If you are taking public transport, it is only a short walking distance from Chow Kit Monorail station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can enter through the side entrance or old Grand Seasons hotel entrance and turn right to the passageway to the elevators. Then head to to the 9th floor.
Very limited hours so come early or come back the next business day.
Friendly staff and quieter than most government offices.
