★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to called out but line busy. Then i walked in to UTC KERAMAT JPN but as expected, there got technical issue regarding issue mykid recently. so im not sure when the issue will resolve . ? hope the authorities should be concerned about this ya. Just my thoughts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited JPN UTC Keramat last Thursday. The service is unexpectedly efficient and the officer served me is kind and friendly. I am able to get my IC within 30 minutes from the point the payment is made. Overall experience is good and beyond expectation. Thumbs up for JPN UTC Keramat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to urgently go over to this office and saw large crowd due to school holidays and was fearful that I could not finalize the urgency to withdraw the necessary document.
I was increduloused that the services rendered were efficient, fast, systematic by polite and knowledgeable group of counter personnels including the Rela. I also overheard personnel patiently giving advices including those who could not communicate well in bahasa melayu..
Within 30 minutes I managed to retrieve the necessary document happily and this has solved tonnes of pending family issues related to inheritance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I renew my IC at JPN UTC Keramat on 16 April 2022 during fasting/ramadan month. After renewed your IC at age of 12 years old, you need to renew again after you reached 18 years old. Please renew your IC between 18-25 years old to avoid additional charges due to late renewal.
The process is really fast. After take your queue number, you will need to wait for your turn for a few mins as there will be a lot of children need to create their first IC. Then, after your number is up, you will make the payment at the Kaunter Proses. You can only pay using debit card or credit card. No cash. After make the payment, please get your payment receipt. This receipt will be use as a proof at the photo booth to take your new IC picture. After take the picture, you will need to wait for 30 minutes before you can collect your new IC.
Oh please come to UTC early as most people will start queue outside the JPN as early as 7:15-7:30 AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was fine. Came here to change address of IC. Done within an hour and obtained new IC. Google map can't point to the correct parking, ended walking from the other side. No Instructions to locate JPN before I was within 100m. Plenty of Malay food stalls available. A mini library right in front of JPN was a pleasant surprise! Spent some time there, very comfortable. JPJ and immigration are there as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the nearest JPN branch in Keramat area. Easy to walk, take LRT (Damai Station) and drive/park. Be there early to beat the queue ,there are photocopy/printing shops nearby. No cash transaction nowadays, cashless payment via credit, debit cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very rare to find a government staff with a good customer skill, but here at this branch JPN UTC Keramat, most of the staff are polite and meet certain standard of customer service. Went there to renew Mycard and turn out there were a problem on their site and I was told to comeback the next day. The branch manager personally & professionally engaged with me to explain the problem & himself make sure my Mykad been process asap. The way he talk to the customer should be the example to the other government staff (low rank or high rank). No wonder the other staff at the branch are all have a good work ethic because they have such an EXCELLENT leader. Sorry I didn’t get your name sir :) Thank you heaps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the fastest JPN. located in the top floor of UTC keramat. can get there via keramat LRT or park in the lower floors. for ic , photos are taken at the allocated booth. for changed of address need physical printout of your current address from electricity bill. if you forgot to print out, can go to the printing shop at front and whatsapp the shop owner the pdf for print outs
