★ ★ ★ ★ ★ open at 830am, then settle the baby birth certificate at 852am. very fast and the officers are friendly.
but if you want to walk in, please walk in at 46 days onwards (from your baby birth date).
otherwise at this moment, the officers only accept those with appointment. here easier to park the car as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with my wife to change our IC address and had to make appointment via online system on early Jan for an appointment 40 days later. Arrived 30 minutes before appointment time and the guy at kaunter gilira said they not giving out any more numbers as they will be closing early for Friday prayers. It was only 11.20am!?!
Had to argue on us having made appointment and was ridiculous to not entertain us.
Good this when we got to the counter to do the IC the officers were friendly and quick to get the job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service at jpn wpkl. I had a flight to catch in 2 days and realised my ic is old and the laminate was coming out. So I read up where it is possible to change the ic within 24hrs and found this place based on reviews. It is indeed within 24 hrs. I came by 7.30 and was the second person in line. By 8 am the counter opened and I got my number. Settled within 5 minutes and managed to collect my ic by 8.35 am. Well done. I'm happy with the service. The staffs are also very friendly and respectful. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to all the staff here. I can get my ic replacement here within one hour. Quick service and all the staff is so polite. I came early before 8.00 am and was the third person in the line. The office operation start at 7.59 am and start giving out the number. Within 40 minutes, I received my replacement IC. The charge for IC replacement is just RM 10.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to retrieve my birth cert & my parents death cert
(you need to pay RM5 each each). But I need to come again in 14 working days (stated on the green paper) to collect my father's death cert as they need to update my father's details in the system. The staff told me that, I can call them within a week, because it wont take that long. I got my father's death a week a after that. Plus I bought plastic cover for the cert for just RM3 each. Good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly and courteous. I just wished they told us earlier what documents were needed for passport renewal for our son. Luckily there was a photostat machine inside and the queue was not long, after we printed our documents.
Also please update the website to say photos not required for passport renewal.
I made appointment online for the passport renewal. Overall it took longer because of documents reprint and there were quite a number of people that day.
Passport will be ready one hour after payment made.
