β β β β β Quiet place. Not crowded as appointment is required. Walked in to get forms however service was extremely slow even there were only 3 people in queue. After a long wait managed to get forms & would give credit to the lady officer at the counter who was helpful & detailed when explaining. Thumbs down to the lady security guard who was rude & unhelpful.

β β β β β During MCO need make appointment then only can enter for new ic. Like that fast and save time. Appointment 11.10a.m, I reached 10.30a.m and I can direct go in and settled up only half hours.

β β β β β If i can put here zero star i will.unprofessional service and also rela rude and unhelpful.i've been informed only one person can go in as sop orders,but in my case my mother is phillipines cannot speak bahasa and i cannot help her! Very very loosy service n this is my first n last to come here! Very disspointed!

β β β β β I waited from 2.30pm until 4pm n haven't getting inside. Still waiting outside the main door. But the rela gave me a no n I have to wait. If we go in this kind of speed in government departments, we will be left behind by other South East countries.

β β β β β I took my son who is 18 to change his IC. However, don't come before 10 as the whole complex is in pitch darkness except for the lift area and some shops Also, there is no air conditioning. The Indian Rela woman who man's the entrance is a no nonsense person who pushes her authority around. So, don't mess with her. Procedure was less than 20 minutes and your new IC can be collected after 7 working days.

β β β β β I brought my mom to change her NRIC on 4th Feb 2022.
I made the appointment on 19 Sept 2021 via the online appt system. Please remember to screenshot the appointment confirmation slip as there is no confirmed sent to you after the booking successfully completed.
Process wise - there are some RELA member stationed there ,one of them is our Indian brother whom speaks fluent Mandarin.
Member whom is accompanying the applicants are not allowed to wait inside but is allowed to go inside when you are needed.
Ic replacement is rm10 and we paid cash on the spot.
Process was breezy as long as you bring all the required documents.
As i am typing this , registration for new baby and 12 yrs old IC is halted due to a covid positive case detected somewhere between 11/2/2022 where the JPN kepong was closed . They just reopened on 16/2/2022 . We collected her new NRIC today 18/2/2022.
The complex is quite quiet as it is a very low density low occupancy complex. Parking in basement is cash rm2 per entry. Or if you can a risk of parking on the roadside or the bus stop behind the complex.
No fancy restaurants or shopping but there is facility for photostating services and some small shop selling water and junk food/snacks.
