★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada yang rasa layanan yang munasabah dan ada yang rasa kesal tentang servisnya. Tetapi bagi saya, servisnya xbagus, layanan yang xbaik sekali terutamanya sesi kouseling ?? memang membazirkan masa walaupun saya sudah menyertai 2 sesi daripada-nya. Teruk sangat2 x effektive langsung kouseling Jpn ini.
Some feel reasonable service and some feel sorry for the service. But for me, the service is good, the service is very good, especially the coaching session ?? is a waste of time even though I have participated in 2 sessions from it. Very bad2 x effektive directly kouseling Jpn this.

sorang staff yg berada di kuanter 9 pada 24.3.22. buat saya ni mcm sampah. sedangkan saya warganera malaysia. dia igt klu dia sakit, sapa nk merawat dia… sombong, tak mcm staff kuanter no 8, dia cuba nk bantu saya…
saya dah la kehilangan beg duit dan kad bank. saya cuma ada beberapa ringgit ja…
saya minta tolong utk buat online transfer, pun tak boleh, saya minta nk byr dulu duit yg ada, nnt bila nk dtg ambil ic, baru bayr pun tak boleh…
service yg sgt teruk… hari ni saya dtng ke utc perlis, alhamdulillah, selesai masalah saya… hari ni saya ada cash, tp dekat sini tak ambil cash, kena guna kad utk buat pembayran, tp boleh ja mereka bantu saya….
saya serik sgt nk pergi berurusan dgn jpn bukit mertajam.

a staff member who was at counter 9 on 24.3.22. For me, this is rubbish. while I am a Malaysian citizen. he igt klu he is sick, who nk take care of him… arrogant, not mcm staff kuanter no 8, he tried nk help me…
I lost my purse and bank card. I only have a few dollars…
I asked for help to make an online transfer, but it's not allowed, I'm asking you to pay the money you have first, nnt when you come to take the IC, you can't even pay…
very bad service… today I came to utc perlis, thank God, my problem is over… today I have cash, but near here I don't take cash, I have to use a card to make payment, but can they help me….
I really want to go deal with JPN Bukit Mertajam.
