β β β β β Poor and rude customer service by the officer. Due to Covid19, the customer contacted through call service. The officer greeted and replied with rude tone of speech. It is understabdable if the officers are having hard day at work but as professionals it is their responsibilty to provide the best solutions to the customer. Hope this will be fixed sooner and never happens again.

β β β β β Came to perform "carian rasmi" for house in Seberang Perai Tengah, then was directed to go to KOMTAR level 3 since the house grants in under that office. Nobody there in BM office knows what's the Penang office procedure was (if you need appointment etc). Call KOMTAR PTG office, says you need appointment. Check the website, to found out it was for law firm only. Call again KOMTAR office directly to "carian rasmi" department, they says you can come for walk-in, and the processing now may take 1 month instead the usual 7 days. Goes to KOMTAR as early as I could around 8:00 am, staff at counter B level 3 KOMTAR says you need appointment but proceed to process the application anyway. Got the receipt after paying RM 100. Will have to come back to KOMTAR to get back the "carian rasmi" in 1 month.

β β β β β 1. Go to Pejabat Tanah front desk and request "look for Penghulu".
2. Front desk staff will gives u 1 pink paper to fill in "name" & "ic", then proceed to 1st floor (tingkat 2).
3. Go inside the 1st floor office and ask nearby staff "Looking for Penghulu" then staff will lead u to office of Penghulu.
4. Get your documents certified inside and its free if charge.
