β β β β β Ini pertama kali pengalaman yg memerlukan saya berurusan dengan mahkamah BM.
Secara overall staff kurang professional dalam menjawab isu pelanggan dr hari pertama berurusan.
1) staff beri ctct number salah (dpt kat clinic mana ntah) ,
2) tak menjawab soalan dgn tepat, lain ditanya lain di jawab. Bukan sorg ada lain juga mcm tu, budaya kerja satu mcm lah.
3) arahan main cakap mulut dan expect mcm pelanggan buat urusan dgn depa hari2. Tambah dgn term2 law bukan semua org faham. Cuba lah bg checklist utk rujukan dah bukan selalu org berurusan dgn mahkamah. Bila tak jelas kita call semula utk confirm xmenjawab soalan pula dan nk emo.
4) tarikh sebutan dlm pkp dijadualkan semula - xde effort nk inform pelanggan, tak ke buang masa pelanggan amik cuti dtg mahkamah jauh br nk tau tarikh di tangguhkan.
This is the first experience that requires me to deal with the BM court.
Overall the staff is less professional in answering customer issues from the first day of dealing.
1) staff gave the wrong ctct number (can be found at any clinic),
2) do not answer the question correctly, others are asked others are answered. Not sorg there is another mcm tu, work culture one mcm lah.
3) verbal play instructions and expect mcm customers to do business with depa hari2. Add to that the term2 law not everyone understands. Try bg checklist for reference, not always people deal with the court. When it is not clear we call again to confirm x answer the question and nk emo.
4) the date of mention in the pkp is rescheduled - xde effort nk inform customer, tak to waste time customer amik leave dtg court far br nk know date postponed

β β β β β ya allah kat mahkamah ni lah aq bayaq saman siap hakim jatuh hukum lg..tup3 tgk saman masih ada dlam sistem..buat kerja perniaya org..awat igat kita ni org kaya ka senang2 dapat duit..aq doa kan yg buat keja aniaya org ni hidup tak berkat..
Yes, God, in this court, the lawsuit is ready for the judge to fall into law again..tup3, no lawsuits are still in the system. This person lives without blessings ..

β β β β β NO SMOKING! But policemen, court staff, lawyers, even public are smoking beside and behind the courthouse. Not a good place to start with abiding the law.
