β β β β β Lazy staff. Closing before the actual closing hours. Typical Malaysian govt employee. Not very helpful as well. And of course, the bureaucracy. Things which are simple were made to be unnecessarily complicated. This is why weβll never progress.

β β β β β Very bad serviceοΌAnd waste my timeοΌI go there Around 2pm, they missed my registration.Find, after that I go and register again, I wait more 40mins, I go and rush them, they said to me I will be the next patient, and o saw two more patients go inside the consultation room, I wait one and half hour totallly!!! Before I rush them i already I need to rush the ferry and go back Pangkor, then what u all do for me? I straight leave there on 4.45pm!!! If really canβt do it please do not get any excuse to me, just waste for my time ?
