★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire staf has been very helpful, informative, friendly, patient & professional starting first from the guard main entrance up to the Counter staff.
In addition, they were very efficient, polite, adaptable and adjusted well during this challenging times of Covid19.
The JPJ web site is very helpful, easy to navitage as well as being able to communicate via Telephone too.
The speedy, quick Counter service & drive through (Renewal licences Etc. ) was, an Added bonus and advantage to the public, providing much sought needed assistance.
Overall in general, extremely efficient, hospitable, helpful, friendly, considerate & professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get confirmation letter to convert my license to foreign license, waited for 2 hours, and made a false statement that current licence validity should be less more than a year whereas the requirement is actually more than 6 months as i know (cost me rm30). Counter total was 8, but only 3 opened. Worst service??

Mana tak Nye crowded.
Ketua Pengarah (head of department) tolong tengok dan try to solve this problem, don't be ignorant. This is so inefficient . This long queue proven that your department is extremely slow and incompetent. so irritating to queued for this long and wasting our time just to follow your irrelevant regulation. Nonsense. Please improve your services or People does not matter to you. So lazy, kerja nak senang. tak pikir orang beratur macam nak pengsan.
