★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to queue up due to social distancing. A very long line. Has a few lines for different services. Lack of signage, and person to ask landed me on the wrong line. Sent me back to the other line. No social distancing in the building, at least on the first floor which processes roadtax which i was. Reasonable parking space. Do come early. I queued up at 8.40am, finished my business at 11.03am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location on old trunk road to Penang. Its a few km after Simpang turnoff to Taiping. It's on right side of trunk road. Road condition has deteriorated significantly compared to early 1990's well maintained road. Lots of parking space inside and outside (internal road parallel to trunk road). Q tickets of left as you enter & counters on rights. Though Q numbers can be 30-50 wait but staff are efficient in finishing their work. A 50 Q number wait can be attended in 30 minutes. Kudos to proficient and efficient staffs. Seats may be limited but air conditioner works to cool everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is really Bad and worst, today is wednesday 20 jan 2021, they know already 22jan 2021 gonna be lock down. They should aspect many people gonna come but still.. all counter close 1pm till 2pm.. they should take a turn at counter so that people no need to que from 7am till 4pm.. very poor service. Please take note this JPJ staff. We are following SOP so please have a mercy to people like us. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just applied mySIKAP and JPJeBid. MyKad, fingerprint, and email address are needed for mySIKAP application. After that, only can apply for JPJeBid application. During RMCO periods, you have to wear mask to enter JPJ office, otherwise the officers will force to buy a mask at the counter. A sufficient parking lots here and it is free. The officers are also very friendly and helpful.
