★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have any choice in tinting as my mazda already came with Skytint. When I picked up my brand new car, it already had 5-7 bubbles in the film. I tried to contact for replacement through warranty and it already took more then 3 days for them to revert back to me. I told them to just fix the passenger side window as the front windscreen was really bad workmanship and I didn't trust them to fix it. So I went outside and replaced the front with 3M crystalline.
SUMMER PANG from this outlet booked me an appointment at 1030am. When I arrived at the outlet she told me I needed to wait 2 hours! I asked her what is the point of making an appointment? She said there was another car that needed to be completed before. Then she kept twisting her story. She said, that car had just come in right before me. Then I asked her why would they allow walk-in before my appointment then she changed her story to say that the car had made an appointment. When asked what time was the appointment, she then said 9am. And it was just for FWS and RWS. So I said that would be sufficient time, if it was 1.5 hours?
Then when I asked her why couldn't she have told me to come in later then if it was not yet complete, she then said that is because there may be another walk-in customer that may come in.
This really infuriated me. I asked her isn't it common sense that appointment should get priority? She said no she needs to prioritize all customers!
Then she even added sarcastically that she had initially asked me if I wanted 930am but I chose 1030am. This really triggered me and I told her, isn't it common sense that if I came at 930 but you already had an initial car appointment at 9am it would be even worse right?
At that point she said, I'm not going to waste time arguing with you and walked off.
When they finally did my tint it only took 10 minutes.
The worst thing is that SUMMER PANG is also the outlet manager, I have no idea how they manage their other customers. So be warned.
