Very knowledgeable diy advice available.
Won't be as cheap as your average Logam place but you will find unusual offerings if you're that way inclined.

โ โ โ โ โ 2nd generation family run home improvement store. Stocked with tools and some hard to find items for the car, home or gardening diy enthusiast. Uncle gives good advice and helps you think through what you want vs what you need to buy. For small fix-its you may use their hand tools on site or request for assistance.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been patronizing Jaya DIY since the late 80's at their small cramped but well stocked shop at the old Jaya supermarket.
The new place is still stocked with items that are not sold at other places. The nice thing about Eddie the owner is that he takes the time to source an item that is not available and the trouble to call you up once he has sourced it.
Good customer service, adequate parking (except when some customers do not know how to park and end up hogging three spots) and competitive prices.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to get almost anything and everything. Boss was very very helpful and even taught me the method of using things like a jigsaw before buying it. Friendly nice and great place overall, prices there are decent too!

โ โ โ โ โ This hardware diy shop definitely follows the moh SOP. They don't even allow any body into their main shop. We have to tell them or show them what we are looking for and they will get it for us.
Normally we are allowed to walk around both inside and outside this diy shop.
But now is different and it's good that they follow the SOP strictly.

โ โ โ โ โ I like coming here because the owners are so knowledgeable and helpful. The products are good quality and reasonably priced.
Today I chatted with the lady owner of the little nursery that's part of this shop and she is really helpful too. She loves plants and it shows in her enthusiasm. Her plants are so luscious and green. Learnt quite a bit from her in the short chat, will be back!
