β β β β β Very rude service. Did not even bother dealing with them. Calles them for a quote during the COVID outbreak, couldn't even give me an estimate without me going in there. Very inconsiderate.

β β β β β Had send in my ysl handbag, waited one month until to receive my bag with pain stains on the logo, polishing the logo when I have confirmed not to cause it's part of the design, didn't clean my flap and just bad quality control.
Send it back for another week to receive something almost similar from when I first saw it. Still paying for the output. Not recommended

β β β β β Sent a 3 piece white suit and cufflink shirt for dry cleaning. Was done within about 1 week. I had a small wine stain on my white pants which they managed to remove perfectly! I'm very happy with that. Jeeves dry cleaning is more expensive than others but I'm glad they managed to give my suit a good cleaning.

β β β β β Poor quality control over their work process. Sent an LV handbag to for cleaning & minor touchup repair including a leather strap and its extender. The strap was well received by their personnel and recorded in the receipt which meant they were well aware of it.
After few weeks and contacting them whether the handbag was ready (they never called me when it was ready - already bit unhappy), found out at the store that the leather strap and the extender were missing. Told the personnel there about the missing item and luckily I took the photo of the item at their store at the first place as a proof. Giving me a lot of story that this shouldn't happened, which I would not care much as at the end of the day they were still missing, while the person frantically calling everywhere to find them.
Finally after 1 hour, manage to identify the item were still at their workshop/factory. How can you guys not checking the completeness of item before delivery to your store while it is clearly stated in the receipt? I did request for photo to confirm but told the workshop/factory was already closed and can only be delivered to the store at least the next day. Photo was received on the next day. Now I have wait another day to get them back, very inconvenient. Will be going there in the next few days to collect it.
It used to be very good but now the quality is going down the drain. This is not the kind of service and quality expected from such establishment.
