★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. MO at ED lousy. Bwk baby utk check kuning. Silap bagi results. Kena bergaduh dulu suruh re-run test. Actual 50 lebih je instead of 200 lebih. Boleh mcm tu? KKM please pantau.
Jgn igt demografi luar bandar, orang kampung korang boleh layan penduduk/pesakit sini mcm sampah. Baca blk falsafah perkhidmatan kesihatan korang tu. Klu xsuka berkhidmat. Sila berhenti.
Service kesihatan bukan main2 ye.. Tlg serius. ni melibatkan nyawa.

Regardless of the rural demographics, your villagers can treat the residents/patients here like garbage. Read the philosophy of your health service. Klu xsuka serve. Please stop.
Health service is not a joke. Seriously. It involves lives.

2 kali saya berdepan masalah untuk dapatkan khidmat dressing luka operation.
1. Datang jam 1 petang, staff minta sy balik sebab waktu dressing dah habis.
(Hari sebelumnya staff maklumkan saya waktu dressing hingga jam 2 petang)
(CUTI RAYA, KK TUTUP)
2. Datang jam 12.30 tengahri, staff minta balik sebab harini tiada staff nak buat dressing.
(Hari Ahad, KK TUTUP)

Please improve your services.
2 times I had a problem to get surgery wound dressing services.
1. Arrived at 1 pm, the staff asked me to come back because the dressing time was over.
(The day before the staff informed me of the dressing time until 2 pm)
(HOLIDAYS, KK CLOSED)
2. Arrived at 12.30 noon, staff asked to return because today no staff wanted to do the dressing.
(Sunday, KK CLOSED)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa dgn service nurse dkt hospital jempol (kes covid)..semalam oncall dgn mak utk inform ada hantar makanan,but in the same time dengar 1 suara dgn nada kasar pass kan makanan tu..perlu ke buat macam tu pada pesakit lagi2 org tua..pampers pun dah 2 hari x diganti. Helo nurse, please concern dgn surrounding u all.kami ni anak2 cume brgantung harap pd nurse.
Very disappointed with the service nurse at the thumb hospital (covid case) .. yesterday I called my mother to inform me that there was food delivery, but at the same time I heard a voice with a rough tone pass the food .. need to do that for 2 more patients old..pampers have been replaced in 2 days. Hello nurse, please be concerned with the surrounding u all. We children are just dependent on the nurse.
