β β β β β Really bad experience and bad service... they never answer the calls no matter how many times you call at different times too.... finally when u go to their shop, bad customer service... the opening hours not very accommodating too as they never open during public holidays and weekends short hours too... if that's the case, might as well just close shop and don't do this beauty business.... they expect the customers to come during working hours... what a stupid shop... 1st and last time here

β β β β β Such a FRAUDβΌοΈ find promo on fave interest because of a treatment after arive there not give what actually they advertised finally have to add rm68 to take up the serum even i refuse with polite they insist put in kind on pushy do not go not profesional at all !!!! Waste of money ?

β β β β β Actual price RM248, promo on fave RM48. The facial is only worth RM48 not more than that. No skin analysis as advertised. No explanation abt products. Never experienced this type of facial before, service improvement needed with better product knowledge & RM48 perhaps paid only to relax?.

β β β β β I had very bad experience over there. The girl was very pushy and hard selling. The girl always rescheduled the appointment time. I paid around 4k for the products and facial package and I can say totally not worth it. The girls are so aggressive, they will contact you through WhatsApp, send you friend request in WeChat and Facebook and request to follow you in Instagram just to keep in touch with you. This make me feel extremely uncomfortable.
