★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the store at 6pm, the staff greeted me by saying "Ye nak apa?"
They said they could not check my items because the manager is not around, it's close to buka puasa time (buka is at 7.23!!) and they already logged off the system. The opening hours are till 9pm but what is the point of having 3 staff sitting there if you say you cannot do anything? Might as well close your shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very endearing experience. Very friendly staff. The whole process took less than 30 mts to arrive at the decision ( by them ) Wow A great place, very pleasant faces, always smiling . It was all worth it.
I definitely made the right decision of visiting the Jewel Cafe at Tropicana.
All kudos to the establishment.
I am sure they will be BIG in days to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are so friendly, they are well trained and very patience for giving explanation to you. Although the rate will be slightly lower compare to other gold store. Still a great place to visit. The shop is nearby doki doki around the corner
