★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup tastes great, service was attentive, food was fresh. Only drawback compared to other hotpot competitors are that their foods don’t come in half size portion.. which limits your varieties if you were to come in a group of 2. Three flavors of soup itself sets you back RM52 already from the start as well as RM6/pax tea and sauce charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place for a hotpot meal .. items were fresh and we chose 3 soups, mala (not my favorite), tomato (amazing, I loved it) and mushroom (pretty good). I also loved their prawn paste, pork ball, fish noodle, black soya taufu, duck intestine. The other items are normal but good too.
Service is great as well as the decorations of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mala and pork broth, types of items available, and even the ambiance reminded me of my visit to Chongqing and Chengdu! Taste is really authentic! Pricing is on the higher side but quality is there. Service was good too. The fish meat that was shaped as a Carp was really pretty, the server helped us with it as there was a particular way to prep before cooking it. Will definitely be back again for the authentic Szechuan steamboat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really couldn’t understand why people could give such a low rating to such a nice restaurant that provides good food and services. And it really makes me feel a little unhappy that people are being so unappreciated...
This is definitely the number one steamboat in PJ and KL on my pocket list. I only refer to this Tropicana outlet.
The food is always so good and fresh, not to mention the mala and tomato soup. Their sauce bar serves the freshest coriander ever.
I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. And all my friends who have been here have become regulars.
People! Please be appreciative and supportive of restaurants that provide good quality food and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice mala and pork bone soup. I will definitely give 5 stars if their service is good. The service is not justify with the price we paid. We had to pour our tea the whole dinner even though they saw it also not bother at all. The “hot tea” was cold and too diluted.
Was asked to provide phone number upon entering the restaurant so that they could contact us IF we left things behind. Well, I don’t feel good about this. Black face after rejected this request. ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomato and pork rib soup are nice and not too salty. Personally I dislike the mala soup as it smells like beef. The Prawns balls are fresh. Dipping sauce ingredients are fresh and appetising. Overall acceptable for the price.
