โ โ โ โ โ Sent my iphone on 23/7 because i think it got some problem with the motherboard. I waited for 6 days only. On 2/8 i called them to ask regarding the status of my iphone and the staff told me can come to collect already since it just arrived on the 2/8. When i went to collect the staff told me they change everything from motherboard, battery and all except for the LCD. Feel like i got a whole new phone with new look, new 100% battery,another 1 year warranty till 2022. I didnโt need to pay even 1 cent since my phone are still under warranty. Overall a pleasant experience. Customer service are great. Very recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Sent my iphone in for battery replacement at 11:30am , paid the price in full, came back 2 hours later(1:30pm) to check on the progress as requested by the staff, staff checked with technician and said repair was still in progress, sat there waiting for another 1 and a half hour (3pm) to find out that the technician is unable to replace the battery because there was a sticker inside which means that a third party personnel might have opened it before.
Got a full refund, but wasted my time and energy.

โ โ โ โ โ Service was fast. Sutha was excellent. Although they need my ipad for 2 weeks. But I rcvd a brand new replacement in 1 week. Applecare is a worthwhile consideration.

โ โ โ โ โ I went to this place today to check out a problem with my iPhone and was told to key in some personal details by a long-haired, youngish-looking girl manning the first work station at the counter nearest the entrance. She didnโt seem to be customer-friendly at all in the way she talks, making her attitude seemed stand-offish & aloof! But the lady, Ms Palani, who attended to me when my number was called, is just the right type of personnel to employ in any service business. She was courteous and very helpful, patiently explaining to me in the clearest of terms what the problem might be that afflicted my phone, but she said it needed to be subjected to a few tests first before the specific problem(s) could be identified. She told me that since the tests would take some time, perhaps I could come back later instead of waiting unproductively there. I came back not too long afterwards and got the feedback regarding my phoneโs problem! I would like to say a big thank you to Ms Palani for excellent service rendered! Nandri.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm very disappointed at your services. Your staff are not professional or attending at all. Wasted my time to come all the way to repair my iPhone that having reboot loop. Your staff just looking at the privacy log for 2 minutes and told me itโs motherboard issues and the replacement is RM 3800 something. She donโt even care or advise me is there any possible problem cause the phone keep restarting. I will never come back again! Anyway I got my phone fixed at another Repair Centre cost me RM 60 by reset my iPhone and assist to check is there any hardware problem. It work well now. Meh
