★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次在这里消费买香水，香水味道很不错，只是这个工作人员（华人年龄最大的）服务态度真的不行，给我试了几个味道就去服务下一个顾客了？？看不起谁？？我人还在店里面，你跑去服务站外面的？？我没有钱买吗？？好才旁边的实习小妹很用心的介绍我。 这个正式的员工真的不适合做服务。没有耐心就不要做服务业！Jo Malone公司必须要好好教育这种员工。
It’s the first time to buy perfume here. The perfume smells very good, but this staff (the oldest Chinese) has a really bad service attitude. After trying a few flavors for me to serve the next customer? ? Who do you look down on? ? I'm still in the shop, did you run outside the service station? ? Do I have no money to buy it? ? The intern girl next to Haocai introduced me very carefully. This formal employee is really not suitable for service. Don't do the service industry without patience! Jo Malone must educate such employees.
