★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Kueh Tiao Soup the second time, both time the Kueh Tiao was undercooked ?
Informed the service crew, they said it’s normal, kueh tiao is like this. I mean helloooooo.... we Chinese have Kueh Tiao all our life, we can differentiate what’s cooked and what’s undercooked. The soup was served lukewarm too. Both time happened during Ramadan time.
On usual month, their service was good and attentive. During the fasting month, everything went downhill. Sorry won’t be back anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good as always, that's why I give this review 2 stars at least.. but we had to wait an hour for our food to arrive, and this was only for 2 pax. The waitress apologised and said that there was only one cook at the time. We were watching a table with leftovers not being cleaned after 45 minutes of us sitting down.. They have a robot sending food around but having human waiters as before was always best. We could talk to them, question things, add another item to the order etc, plus it keeps another 4-5 human beings in a job, their families fed and clothed. If you're going to say that the robot is there because of COVID and to provide social distancing between patrons and waiters, then I'll say that the robot's screen was sticky with food residue, it was filthy and I had to touch the "finish" button or else the robot wouldn't leave our table. Not so COVID safe here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't believe the waitress took other people served food when the stupid machine wrongly assigned the table. Late at almost 40mins. Served a wrong dish. Then when we complaint, the waitress noticed the robot delivered next to the table. She went and took the food and attempt to serve to us in which already exposed while the other customer removed mask and talking to each other. No apology for wrong delivery, no promise for change over. We decided not to dine in & leave the outlet & of course not paying a single cent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mixture of steamboat and ala-cartè serving.
This time around we took from their ala-cartè menu and steamboat, the chicken porridge, fried rice and chicken bbq rice with a coke float and a yam desert.
We went for their lunch set which is reasonably priced and delicious. These lunch sets comes with Thai Tea, Tom Yam Soup, Ice-Cream and the main course.
Notable dishes were the ala-cartè fish porridge and fried rice.
The refillable drinks are Thai Tea and plain water only.
Sitting are limited during lunch (Go early or late) but mostly packed during dinner. Weekend is a challenge to get a seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is rundown, and the cutlery that they gave us had stains all over, faded as well. Chair and tables looked dated. Food is cheap, as it costed 25 for 2 pax. They didn't have Veg stock, had take chicken stock for our hot pot. Decent taste, not coming back here again.

But this branch seems like they got manpower shortage and limited induction pot issue.
Since its festive season,its kinda pack & the bowls that we got is not really clean..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good steamboat place! Quite a variety of items to choose from. Expect queue during peak hours. They have a robot waiter bringing your food named Bella. Bella is a cat robot. ?
