★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very big mall with almost everything you require, available for you. Parking could be an issue if you arrive late. Better bet to come in public transport. The list retailers is huge, the anchor tenant is Aeon. Lots of food options, ranging from western to eastern and the latest chains of bubble tea. A good place for a 1 stop shop for the family.

Bit of a wait, especially during peak hours, and many services tend to be unavailable at random times, like road tax renewal.
Also the stamp system here seems rather arbitrary - if there's a company name printed on the envelope then it's RM1.30. So if you're sending a regular letter, don't use a marked envelope. If it's remotely larger than a regular envelope it's RM0.80 instead of RM0.60.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey it's not jz a mall.. it's a place for everything!! Really a good entertainment place can see anything and by anything in it... Always roming with peoples and kids. We should see the place atleast once u there in Penang. Best entertainment place with lost of stores and food courts. Amazing!! Keep it up Queens bay.
