Unable to deliver items, not sure got to wait until when (been like 2/3 months from date of purchase - promised to deliver by beginning/ mid May once consignment received from China, told me they will hold for me for 3 mths). Called excuses given - staff on long term MC (probably the entire chain function on one single staff - wat a joke), then dun wan to pick up, call entire week to the chain/ delivery manager reluctant to response. Still going strong wif Raya promotion, my feedback is dun sell if u dun have ready stock. Now tell me wat am I suppose to do? Very irresponsible team & workforce, uncommital & undeliverable on kept promises. All my entire house furniture is in except for Joy & Joy is the first furniture shop I've ever sign up to purchase. Sigh! this is so frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just experienced the WORST EVER customer service in my life. Went into the showroom and asked if they have bedding. The salesperson said no, then walked away. Then we saw they had nice chairs and started looking round. We were genuinely looking for chairs and wanted to make a purchase as they were reasonably priced. So we called for the salesperson to show us around. He just sat there on the counter, playing his phone and ignored us. We went upstairs to the 2nd floor and he just continued sitting there. Then we went down to 1st floor and asked him again cos we were ready to make a purchase. He literally ignored us, walked away and never returned. We were serious buyers ready to make a sale then and there. But after being ignored TWICE, and him sitting there on the counter playing with his phone the entire time, when there were no other customers in the whole shop except us, is just downright rude and baffling. With this kind of customer service, don’t ever hope for any customers.

Was supposed and promised by the seller that the client will get the furniture by 6 December 2021 only to be told that the client will only received the item on 6 January 2022. Never come back again. Bad operation services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed chairs for Mahjong, went to Ruma and others, Joy was the only one that accommodated our urgency for Mahjong and were quite helpful in arranging for us to get it the next day... So 5* and ??
