★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, you have to rethink again and again if you planning to get anything from @boconceptkl in Bangsar Shopping Centre.
I bought a bed frame from them 2 years ago with RM6000 and before CNY 2018 I found out that the storage compartment is spoilt and contacted them to check on it. For them to come and check, already cost RM265. They came on 12th Feb and dismantled the part that spoilt and told me nothing they can do. They need to check with their HQ in Germany.
CNY past and until today there is no respond from them. I watsapps the person in charge, Taffany and she just informed me. The model is old model and nothing they can do.
2 years and nothing you can do?!
Then she started to blame me for misuse that compartment. Seriously?! That compartment is to store my unused clothes. Very seldom I will open and it just clothes! How misuse can it be?! Are you expecting me storing 3 tonnes of clothes in that small compartment? And with RM6000 that I paid, it can’t even store clothes?
Bo Concept, high price but low quality materials!
After 2 months.... the store manager Derrick Choi said will get back to me.... until today no respond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this regarding my “Monza” table. After paying RM 13,000.00 for this table, we are sorely and sourly disappointed with both design and after sales service. After a year using the table, the glass literally come of from the UV disc. (which hold the glass and stand together), slight lean on one side the whole glass will flip up, it was so dangerous, we have to avoid go near the table. Due to the shift of the glass, when use of the extension of the table, it scratches and the extension can’t probably open. Fortunately, I notice it early and inform your service team and as promise they agree to replace the glass top for me.
After waiting more than 4 months for replacement table, we are informed that ONLY the main glass has been replaced, the extension glass top WILL NOT replace when the fundamental error in design have cause the extension glass unbalance and scratch. What kind of customer care compliance is this? I paid RM 13,000.00 for this table, but the quality of this table 10 times worse than Ikea table, with that kind of price, I expect to be last at least 10 year NOT ONE YEAR!
Considering the table cost, the product itself and customer expectation, we are extremely disappointed. We brought into a design value to be let down by integrity and thoroughly an unpleasant experience. Boconcept, five-star lifestyle brand but ONE STAR quality and service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 dining chairs (wood with PU leather seats ) cracking and peeling after 2years . Hardly used as we were away. At the time of purchase, I was not informed of the maintenance that I had to undertake in order to keep it in good condition. Headquarter refused to replace the seats saying the 1year warranty is over. I think the company should take some responsibility for this. I would not have bought these chairs had I been informed that I need to maintain them. I am just so dissapointed as I really liked their designs. I paid premium price but instead got poor quality product. Even now they're selling the same exact chairs in their showroom. Shame on you Bo Concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some issues with my dining table. I had been using it for the past 5 years. The Boconcept team at BSC was quick to address my concern and suggested a few options as my table was past the warranty. I am happy with the new table and I will certainly be using more furnitures from BoConcept. Great products with great designs. Thumbs up to Alexander and his team at BSC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once go in, feel no point of viewing. Compared with quality, we feel the price was marked up very high. You can find these kind of price with much better quality.
We have enough budget like can pay 20k for sofa, but even any chair no worth buying here.
Do not know who buys from this shop, at least half price then understand.
I have been more than 30 furniture stores and exactly feel what is quality.
Probably the rental is expensive.
I do not recommend to buy these kind of furnitures in expensive shopping mall.
No matter you explain, as shown in other people review, your quality needs to improve as my opinion or price down.
