β β β β β Made an appointment at 1325hr. But when i arrived, all the staff went out for lunch. There was a notice there stated that the counter will be opened at 1400hr.
I was annoyed that the appointment time and opening time was different. There was an old man came with the appointment at 1300 hr, only to wait until 1400. They should make a better appointment system so that it can be more efficient in the future.

β β β β β Went there for licence renewal and the in charge ask to wait at the canopy. There is full of people at the canopy and don't know how do they know who's come first. At least gave queue number and at last I just went to JPJ UTC so smooth and fast there. Better go to JPJ at UTC, at least they give you queue number and it takes less than an hour to settle everything.

β β β β β Self service kiosk should help us to get better service compare to queue at the counter..but end up, the services was not as what i expected. Pending, loading, ic tak dapat baca la, tak de notice pon kertas geran dah habis. Mungkin pihak jpj dah boleh upgrade the machine.

β β β β β Went there on 29.5.2022 for the license. Had to download JPJeq for taking number. The apps was very bad. The elders are so confuse how to use it. Very troublesome. Very crowded and no chairs.
For the license part, at 10am people are so many but the counters available are just 2. While others counter the staff are chit chat. The security said, the systems are down.
When i went to the counter, the staff is so rude. Giving me a angry face.
