Ahad, 08(August)/26/2018, 13:47+ . Dear JPJ Besut, this is my first experienced in JPJ Besut, and i would like to tell the tale. I hope my story could enlighten few of people who may be going there in future for the first time regarding the expected situations which they may going through and be prepared, alas, I'm also hoping this review by any means, able to point out in which area where improvement are needed to make the condition more comfortable, efficient with less time-wasted and lastly it benefits the rakyat or population of people here. My review is that: In summary, the condition sangat tidak selesa, waiting time for hours due to slow services. At that day, Air-conditioner not working causing very uncomfortable and many people waiting while less chair inside (overcrowded). Full History: 1. we arrived there and tagged with number 100 meanwhile by that time it was number 65+ and a hour passed only 10+ numbers were done.. in my head, i just calculated, how many hours would it takes to get number 100? 2. also only one counter working which is Counter 2 while so many people waiting there. 3. the air-conditioner wasn't working, the smell from smelly body odours flooded everywhere inside that tiny building space, and all of us sweating just by sitting doing nothing inside there, just imagine that sitting on the chair located outside the building seems cooler than inside the building even it was on hot noon. 4. the queue calling system are broken and numbers were just called through the microphone? . This is just my personal experience and my first here, on 08/26/2018 (Sunday), which could be differ from person to person and all of us accepting that. I wouldn't deny if there's also few good things but for improvement purpose, we shall accept the weakness shown here and think for realistic and justifiable solutions for the benefits of people itself. For people who may be reaching here for the first time in the future, this review may give some insight about what you may experience or hope by that time all this problem were solved. . i hope someone is thinking and repairing what's broken even if it takes time or slow, at least an improvement happen gradually. To be honest, it's a relief even a consistent slight improvement done as we understand that changes won't happen by one night. Just, people disappoint when their voices left unheard and nothing were done. there's a saying, If no one speaks, who else will? if no one willing to take an action, who else would?

Very slow service..waited for so long...1 hour and half just to renew my roadtax.appointment online not helpful but stress.

Why, why im always nervous when going here?.. Well, staff very friendly, Informative, kind. I'm always being introvert, so i lost my confident to talk. But, staff talk so casually and almost talk like a friend. That make me comfortable to chat. Overall it was a great service.

Usually open sunday to thursday at 8am-5pm... except for thursday it closed at 3pm... if u just wanna pursue the expired date of your license .. just go to post express kuala besut or any post express office... they also able to do it
