★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergi untuk renew lesen on 15th Sept. One day before Malaysia Day. Sampai pukul 11. That day ramai sgt org untuk berurusan. Better pergi awal since this pkp, JPJ limit to 200 person each day. And do call the jpj office sebelum datang. Cash transaction only can do before 12.45 and after that only card debit and credit card transaction acceptable. Glad that All the counter are open that day, despite most people need to queue for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to covid 19. Everyone need to be calm down. We need to adapt to new normal life. By the way i was salute to jpj machang staff. Especially "cik ana" and "head officer license unit" for assit me to paid summons and renew license during this tough season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if u pay roadtax online via JPJ website, u need to queue like others because no kiosk/counter made to process these type of arrangement.
but if u talked with the officer managing the front counter inside, they will arrange you to go straight to the next available counter.
show the receipt and IC, within 1 minute u will get your roadtax printed.
this is a constructive criticism to improve your service JPJ Machang. Please implement improvement to adapt to the recent technology advancement and this will also indirectly reduce the traffic at JPJ.
