โ โ โ โ โ Fast and reliable. Of course you have to patiently to wait for turn, it's public service not 5 stars hotel.
The officers are well mannered and professional.
Ensure your documents photocopy well prepared. The photocopy machine there is not function well. If you didn't prepared the required documents, you will jave to queue up again.

โ โ โ โ โ The queue is fast and organised. Waiting time for counter queue not so long but waiting for finished product is. I hope they take into action of the ceiling without covers. Thank you for your service, officers.

Went there to ask procedure of registration for marriage and the lady from (KAUNTER 7) is quite rude , loud, and not helpful enough even to fill the forms or fix appointment . Iโd Never expect a worst service from a government staff. Kindly please assist the people rather than downgrade them with your rude talks and attitude .

โ โ โ โ โ Provided excellent service. You can photocopy your document in the information counter itself. If you want to readily photostat also will be easier. I went there to register birth certificate for my baby. Document required are Parent's IC, Marriage Certificate, Surat Pegesahan, Buku Record Hospital Ibu. Its better to bring both original and copy. Counter opens at 8am. Friendly staff. Within 30 mins can be done. They will give you the birth certificate on the spot. The MyKid card you can collect after 2-3 weeks once its done. Can check the status of it via online.
