★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered lychee limonade and it taste soooo watered down. Compared to other juice shop like boost or juicy around it’s quite bad tbh. Taste like water and not sweet at all. But the staff at the outlet were really nice and polite so that’s why I’m giving them 3 stars if not at max I would have rated them 2 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times and every time I asked for no ice in the drinks, was flatly told by employees (Malay guy and Chinese-looking girl) that the drink would be less. They tried to estimate the amount at the blender and everything.The drinks were about 2.5 inches less when they handed it to me.
I never kicked up a fuss about this with them, even though I go to the Juice Works at the Curve, 1 Utama, and Publika regularly and have requested no ice in drinks every time. No one at those locations have ever said anything about the drink being a lot less if no ice is requested, but still fill the drinks to the brim of the cup.
I'm confused. Is the staff here trying to cheat a customer, or do they go by a different set of rules than other locations? Isn't ice part of the price of cold drinks like juices? What's going on? Nevermind, just not coming back to this location.
